What ID do I need to have ready?

Arizona accepts government-issued photo ID including state driver's license, state ID card, U.S. passport, military ID, or permanent resident card. The ID must be current and unexpired. The name on your ID must match the name on the document being signed.

How fast can you get to me?

For standard appointments, we typically schedule within 24 to 48 hours. For urgent situations — hospital visits, hospice calls, emergency POA — we do our best to respond same day. Call or text for fastest response on urgent needs.

Do I need to prepare anything before you arrive?

Have your photo ID ready, your document unsigned (sign only in front of the notary), and any witnesses present if your document requires them. We'll handle everything else and walk you through the process step by step.

Do you notarize for hospitals and care facilities?

Yes — this is one of our most requested services. We regularly visit Banner Health, Dignity Health, Mayo Clinic Scottsdale, HonorHealth, and assisted living and memory care facilities throughout the Phoenix metro area. We coordinate with nursing staff and handle bedside signings with care and discretion.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and major credit and debit cards. Payment is collected at the time of service unless pre-arranged otherwise. Deposits may be required for after-hours or extended-distance appointments.

Are you available on weekends and evenings?

Yes. We offer appointments 7 days a week, including evenings and select after-hours appointments for urgent situations. Evening and weekend availability should be confirmed at booking.

Can you notarize a document in a language other than English?

Yes, with an important distinction: we can notarize the signatures on documents in any language. We cannot translate or certify the accuracy of translations. If you need a certified translation, we can refer you to a trusted translation service.

What is a loan signing agent, and do I need one?

A loan signing agent is a notary who specializes in real estate loan documents. If you are closing on a home purchase, refinancing, or signing a HELOC, your title company or lender will typically arrange for a signing agent. We work directly with title companies, escrow officers, and signing services throughout Arizona.
